What is qigong?  It is a breathing practice developed thousands of years ago.  It is rooted in Chinese wisdom literature such as the Tao de Jing and the I Ching.  Qigong promotes internal harmony by balancing yin and yang in the body.  Practicing qigong promotes physical relaxation and mental calmness resulting in a sense of inner peacefulness.  

Grandmaster Cheng taught multiple types of qigong that continue to be practiced at Center for Harmony:

Advanced students lead Joy and Wellness Qigong and Five Elements Qigong.  Beginners join experienced students in Happy Heart qigong, but there is no instruction.
