Grandmaster Cheng taught multiple types of qigong that continue to be practiced at Center for Harmony:
- Happy Heart (le xin gong): a forty-five minute sitting qigong done with healing music. It promotes physical and emotional health.
- Joy and Wellness (le gong): a moving qigong that promotes calmness and improves chi (qi) circulation in all parts of the body.
- Five Elements (wu xin): a moving qigong that heals the five internal organs that are fundamental in traditional Chinese health theory
- Marrow Washing - a "self-massage" that follows Happy Heart qigong to take advantage of the qi gained during Happy Heart qigong.
Advanced students lead Joy and Wellness Qigong and Five Elements Qigong. Beginners join experienced students in Happy Heart qigong, but there is no instruction.
